Cops in Belgaum, Karnataka have picked up a man, who was found in possession of video clips of the 9/11 attack and Kashmir terrorism.
The Belgaum police suspect that he could be part of a sleeper cell in Northern Karnataka.
Thirty two-year-old Liyakath Ali Abdulgani Sayeed, who was working in London in a security agency, returned to Belgaum on March 18 this year after he lost his job. He was living in Belgaum with his wife and two children, who are British nationals.
The Belgaum police, who arrested Sayeed from his house at Mahanteshnagar in Belgaum late on Wednesday evening, made public the arrest only on Thursday.
The cops say that they are probing into the matter and further details are awaited.
The above report says a lot about the sleeper cells in certain pockets of India.

mere bhai subbu,
yes, truth is always bitter.
abjact poverty is the cause, and abject powerty of politicians is the cause. That is why Veerappan ruled three states of south for decades..
agree with your view about smart cards, because, the ration card is the only document and can be bought from any ration office.
I can prove this anytime. just give me the name of the person and I can buy the ration card in his name within 30 days.

My dear Ashokji,
It's shocking, yet the truth is always bitter.
Those networks of terrorist outfits finds it easier to penetrate in to those youth in distruss, poor and brain wash them to carry out their game plans to sabotage peace and lawlessness in the society.
As the populations increasing day by day and there is no chance for the intelligence agencies to keep track of the anti nationals and the recent illegal migrants added more complications for law & order maintanance.
Time to issue Smart cards to all the citizens and collect details is a must for nation like India, so that in future atleast they can trace the leads & solve the issues.
In this present scenerio even the neighbour is unknown to us due to fast mechanical life.

We are Indians, and to prove that we are Indians, he will be behind bars for almost two years without any charges formed against him, and when the case comes up with the courts, the video will be corrupted.

Possession of a 9/11 video doesn't indicate anything. Here in the USA we pass them around and copy them like baseball trading cards. My next-door neighbor reproduces 9/11 videos by the hundreds that he distributes to the public for free.

The Belgaum suspect formerly worked for a security agency -- now that is really suspicious!.
